About Attorney Adam J. Carr

Adam Carr is a proud native of Sevier County for over five generations. After graduating from Pigeon Forge High School, Adam attended East Tennessee State University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics. He then attended Lincoln Memorial University’s Duncan School of Law where he received the following academic honors:

  • Member of the Dean’s List
  • CALI award (for highest grade in his class) for Wills, Trusts, and Estates
  • CALI award for Legal Writing

In his ten years of practice, Adam has a strong track record for achieving results for his clients. He regularly encourages an economic analysis of all litigation decisions, including the most significant of those: the engagement of counsel. After all, not all probate disputes justify the often-considerable expense of hiring a lawyer.

Adam has developed a solid reputation in estate planning and probate litigation. He is known for the quality of his legal services, well-considered counsel, and dedication to his clients.

Adam offers a frank analysis of a client’s rights, as well as obligations and prospects. He gives a clear understanding of the probate process and an idea of the potential expense.
